Booking Terms and Conditions
1. The booking is confirmed after receiving complete customer information and payment of the full amount for the provided service.
2. The customer must provide the company with accurate departure time, location, and trip destination.
3. Any changes in trip time or location must be reported to the company at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
4. The company reserves the right to change the type of (vehicle / bus) or driver in case of emergency, while ensuring the provision of the same (vehicle / bus) selected or better.
5. It is prohibited to use the (vehicle / bus) for any unauthorized purposes or in violation of regulations and laws within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
6. The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, accidents, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond control.
Cancellation and Modification Policy
1. The customer can cancel the booking 24 hours before the trip time without any fees.
2. For cancellations less than 24 hours prior, the company has the right to deduct the full amount or a percentage of the agreed amount.
3. In case of no-show at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking is considered cancelled and the customer is not entitled to any refund of paid amounts.
4. If the customer wishes to modify the booking time, this will be subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Payment Policy
1. Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer, or through point of sale terminals.
2. Price quotes sent to the customer include (vehicle / bus), driver, fuel, and basic hospitality items such as ( water and tissues) unless additional services are agreed upon.
3. Any services additional (extra hours, route changes, waiting) will be charged fees as agreed.
Privacy Policy
1. The company is committed to protecting customer privacy and not sharing their data with any third party.
2. Personal data (name, phone number, pickup location) is used only for service execution purposes.
3. Information is securely stored and not used for any marketing purposes without customer consent.
4. The customer has the right to request modifications to their data in the company’s records at any time.
Liability
1. The company commits to providing licensed vehicles and professional drivers.
2. The company is not responsible for personal items lost inside the (vehicle / bus).
3. The customer must maintain the cleanliness of the (vehicle / bus) and avoid causing any damage. In case of damage, the customer bears the cost.
