Booking Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>
1. The booking is confirmed after receiving complete customer information and payment of the <\/span>full amount<\/span> for the provided service<\/span>.<\/div>
2. The customer must provide the company with accurate departure time, location, and trip destination<\/span>.<\/div>
3. Any changes in trip time or location must be reported to the company <\/span>at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.<\/span><\/div>
4. The company reserves the right to change the type of <\/span>(vehicle \/ bus)<\/span> or driver in case of emergency, while ensuring <\/span>the provision of the same <\/span>(<\/span>vehicle<\/span> \/ bus<\/span>)<\/span> selected or <\/span>better<\/span>.<\/div>
5. It is prohibited to use the <\/span>(vehicle \/ bus)<\/span> for any unauthorized purposes or in violation of regulations and laws<\/span> within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/span><\/div>
6. The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, accidents, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond control<\/span>.<\/div>
<\/div>

Cancellation and Modification Policy<\/span><\/h4>
1. The customer can cancel the booking <\/span>24 <\/span>hours<\/span> before the trip time without any fees<\/span>.<\/div>
2. For cancellations less than <\/span>24 hours<\/span> prior, the company has the right to deduct <\/span>the full amount<\/span> or a percentage of the agreed amount<\/span>.<\/div>
3. In case of no-show at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking is considered cancelled and the customer is not entitled to any refund of <\/span>paid amounts<\/span>.<\/div>
4. If the customer wishes to modify the booking time, this will be subject to vehicle and driver availability<\/span>.<\/div>

Payment Policy<\/span><\/h4>
1. Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer, or <\/span>through point of sale terminals.<\/span><\/div>
2. Price quotes sent to the customer include <\/span>(vehicle \/ bus)<\/span>, driver, fuel, and basic hospitality items such as<\/span> <\/span>(<\/span> water and tissues<\/span>)<\/span> unless additional services are agreed upon.<\/span><\/div>
3. Any <\/span>services<\/span> additional (extra hours, route changes, waiting) will be charged<\/span> fees<\/span> as agreed<\/span>.<\/div>

Privacy Policy<\/span><\/h4>
1. The company is committed to protecting customer privacy and not sharing their data with any third party<\/span>.<\/div>
2. Personal data (name, phone number, pickup location) is used only for service execution purposes<\/span>.<\/div>
3. Information is securely stored and not used for any marketing purposes without customer consent<\/span>.<\/div>
4. The customer has the right to request modifications to their data <\/span>in<\/span> the company’s records at any time<\/span>.<\/div>

Liability<\/span><\/h4>
1. The company commits to providing licensed vehicles and professional drivers<\/span>.<\/div>
2. The company is not responsible for personal items lost inside the <\/span>(vehicle \/ bus)<\/span>.<\/div>
